Meet the Founder

I'm Alyssa Curran-Kennedy, an HR professional with experience across construction, professional services, and small business settings. I hold an MBA with dual emphases in Human Resources Management and Business Management, and I’m SHRM-CP certified.

I started Such People Advisors to align my work with my values—flexibility, autonomy, and building workplaces that support real life. As a working parent, I understand the need for HR that meets people where they are, not just where policy says they should be.
